Chief Executive Officer of Made Men Music, Ubi Franklin, who was almost stabbed by a Chinese man at a furniture showroom in Lekki on Tuesday, has cried out after he found out on Wednesday that the man has been released and is carrying on with his business.
Franklin who on Tuesday took to his Instagram page to recount his ordeal at Lifemate furniture office in Lekki, said:
“The Chinese man paid me no attention when I approached him with my concerns, he rather walked away as I was still trying to make my concerns known to him.
“As I was walking out the door I heard someone scream, I turned my back, only for me to see the Chinese man running towards me with two knives. But for the quick intervention of my cousin, the story would have been different.
“I handed him over to the police who then transferred him to Maroko police station and he was asked why he wanted to stab me and he said Cos I said: “see this Chinese man o.”
Apparently, the Chinese man has been released from prison and Ubi Franklin, is crying out to Nigerians to see the impotence of the Nigerian Police system. He added that if a Nigerian did that in China, he would have been dead already.
